I'm hoping to get my hands on the new Eric Bachman record sometime this week and I'm thinking the Lemonheads and Les Savy Fav are pretty strong contenders to crack the top 10 later in the year, as well. Also hoping for a few new surprises, too... because just about every single band on that list is a band I've been listening to for years.

Yeah if you pro-rate my list adjusting for VORP (Value Over Robert Pollard), the I'm From Barcelona record is essentially #1.
I've gotta check out a bunch of the ones you posted.
I'm still not sold on The Thermals album. Crucify me.
